What we collect. The public site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The client portal stores what an engagement needs: your email address, your organization's name, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), and the engagement updates we post to your account. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for operations and security.
What we don't do. We don't sell or share client information, we don't run advertising or third-party trackers, and we don't use portal data for anything beyond delivering the engagement. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees the standard web request involved in serving them.
Your data. Ask and we'll show you what's stored on your account, correct it, or delete the account entirely. Write to aneciuk@entmoot.co.
The data products. Atlas and Skillit content is compiled from public sources, each record carrying the source it was verified against and the date. It is decision support, not legal, investment, or immigration advice; verify time-sensitive facts against the linked source before acting on them.
Portal accounts. Accounts are issued per engagement and are personal to the client organization. Don't share credentials or resell access. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
No warranty. The site and tools are provided as-is; we work hard to keep them accurate and available, but uptime and fitness for a particular purpose aren't guaranteed. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
